- Hearts Fail is a San Antonio, TX-based Post-Punk / Indie Goth band. They formed in May of 2003, and quickly gained a strong regional fanbase based on the strength of their live shows. They released their debut LP The Empty Promise in 2004 to wide critical acclaim. After quickly releasing their followup EP, Medallion, in 2005, the band went on hiatus throughout much of 2006-2009, playing out only infrequently and piecing together what would become their new album, The Dying Season, released in November of 2009. Hearts Fail has shared the stage with such bands as The Cruxshadows, Bella Morte, The Last Dance, and Ego Likeness.
